At EduSharkwe strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with the digital services and products we provide. However, we recognize that there may be cases where a refund request is necessary. Therefore, we provide a clear and transparent refund policy as follows:
1- Digital Products (e.g. courses, files, subscriptions)
1.1. Refunds are not issued for digital products that have been downloaded or fully accessed due to the nature of digital content.
1.2. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at: support@edushark.net.
1.3. We will review the issue and provide the necessary technical support. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be granted depending on the case.
2- 2. Monthly or Annual Subscriptions
2.1. Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
2.2. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period after cancellation, but the account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
2.3. If you were charged by mistake, please contact us within 48 hours.

- A clear and specific reason for the refund
- Any supporting materials (screenshots, messages, proof of error)
We will review all refund requests within 3–5 business days and respond with the outcome of our review.
